Return Policy

We understand that when things go wrong it can be really frustrating. It is also important to recognise that ALL companies at one time or another make mistakes, but it is how WE deal with them that separates us from our competition. To put it simply, if we make a mistake with your order we will quickly put it right for you. After all you took the time to purchase from us so we will take the time to provide you with the service that you deserve.

So we have designed a returns policy to reflect this. Full detail below;


Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & any protective film intact. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note if you simply changed your mind about your purchase we are more than happy to accept a return and refund, but please understand we will only refund you less any postage costs incurred. But we will be completely transparent about this.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note certain card refund take longer than others but we will keep you updated along the way. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and contact us. 

Sale items

If you purchased your item in a SALE event, any refund due will be the amount you paid, not the NON sale price. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.

To assist a speedy resolution, depending on circumstances we may sometimes not require you to return your item & instead request that you send us photographs of the damage. This also aids our claim for any onward courier insurance claims we make. So we aren’t trying to slip anyone up here so please don’t be offended if we ask for photos.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and remember this is your responsibility le for your refund/return claim.
